A special collection of Native American artist Joe Geshick paintings, mostly from private collectors, will be at the Bigfork Gallery this summer. The paintings, along with working sketches and notes, may be the only public showing of this work.

Things Could Be Worse! Mike and Darla Kocian recently took a day trip to Deerwood MN to tour the WPA built Deerwood Auditorium. It was built about the same time as the Bigfork building using similar materials although they used split rocks rather than natural field stone.

The Preservation Committee was recently given this beautifully framed poem with pictures of the Bigfork Village Hall back in the day. The donors wish to remain anonymous but said this gift was to say 'Thank You' for all the work the Preservation Committee has done in it's efforts to save the building.

The VFW Post 1764 and Ladies Auxiliary hosted a Spaghetti Feed on Friday, Sept. 30th. They served delicious heaping plates of spaghetti with meat sauce to over 90 people.
